Employing cutting-edge perceptual, emotional, and cognitive analysis techniques, the study delves into device setup, content navigation, and content impact on engagement.
Teaming up with Tonal's UX team, this project tackles user experience by uncovering valuable insights, identifying user frustrations, and proposing actionable solutions. Through a continuous cycle of research and refinement, we aim to steadily improve user satisfaction, engagement, and retention on the Tonal platform.
